The YCCTR-9901 High-Voltage Current Transformer Turn-Ratio Test Set is meticulously crafted for precise on-line evaluation of turn ratios in current transformers rated at up to 10kV. This innovative system comprises a high-voltage clamp-type CT and a handheld testing unit, ensuring comprehensive testing capabilities.
At the heart of the system, the high-voltage clamp-type CT, securely mounted on a high-voltage insulation operating rod, enables the accurate assessment of high-voltage currents within current transformers. Meanwhile, the handheld testing unit, complete with a meter and a low-voltage clamp-type CT, facilitates thorough examination of low-voltage currents.
Wireless transmission mode seamlessly connects the high-voltage clamp-type CT to the handheld testing unit, transmitting collected current signals for meticulous analysis. Leveraging both high-voltage and low-voltage current signals, the handheld unit precisely calculates turn ratios and current magnitudes across primary and secondary windings.
Designed for convenience and reliability, both the high-voltage clamp-type CT and handheld testing unit operate on rechargeable batteries, delivering uninterrupted performance for up to 8 hours on a single charge. With safety as a top priority, the high-voltage insulation operating rod features a pull-out structure, extending to a maximum length of 5 meters to ensure the well-being of operating personnel.
